Job Description

Deloitte is looking for an experienced U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade / Political Activity Compliance professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, highly organized, and have a passion for compliance.The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive compliance program to ensure Deloitte’s compliance with U.S. anti-corruption and trade / political activity laws and regulations. In addition, the position will involve monitoring emerging trends and developments in the anti-corruption and trade / political activity compliance space.The successful candidate must possess at least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, including experience in a mix of corporate, law firm, and/or government/regulatory environment. In addition, the successful candidate should have knowledge and experience in the areas of anti-corruption and/or trade / political activity compliance, including a thorough understanding of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the U.S. Economic Sanctions and Export Control laws and regulations.We are looking for a team member who is detail-oriented, creative, and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: -Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive compliance program to ensure Deloitte’s compliance with U.S. anti-corruption and trade / political activity laws and regulations -Monitoring emerging trends and developments in the anti-corruption and trade / political activity compliance space -Providing guidance and training on anti-corruption and trade / political activity compliance policies and procedures -Identifying and assessing risks related to anti-corruption and trade / political activity compliance -Developing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders -Conducting due diligence reviews and assessments -Identifying and investigating potential violations of U.S. anti-corruption and trade / political activity laws and regulations -Preparing reports and recommendations for senior management -Providing advice and guidance on compliance issues and best practices -Supporting the development and implementation of compliance programs, procedures, and policies
