Deloitte is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade / Political Activity Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join a fast-paced and dynamic organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and managing compliance issues related to U.S. anti-corruption laws, trade sanctions, and political activity. This position requires a strong understanding of compliance risks and the ability to develop and implement effective compliance solutions.The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in compliance, preferably in a law firm or major corporate setting. Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to think strategically are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field is preferred. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also necessary.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about compliance and is committed to helping Deloitte maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess compliance risks related to U.S. anti-corruption laws, trade sanctions, and political activity.
- Develop and implement effective compliance solutions.
- Provide advice and guidance on compliance issues.
- Maintain current knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory developments.
- Maintain records of compliance activities and training.
- Prepare reports on compliance activities for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in the review of new products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other compliance teams to ensure a holistic and consistent compliance approach.
- Promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
