Job Description

Deloitte is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade / Political Activity Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join a fast-paced and dynamic organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and managing compliance issues related to U.S. anti-corruption laws, trade sanctions, and political activity. This position requires a strong understanding of compliance risks and the ability to develop and implement effective compliance solutions.The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in compliance, preferably in a law firm or major corporate setting. Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to think strategically are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field is preferred. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also necessary.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about compliance and is committed to helping Deloitte maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and assess compliance risks related to U.S. anti-corruption laws, trade sanctions, and political activity.
  2. Develop and implement effective compliance solutions.
  3. Provide advice and guidance on compliance issues.
  4. Maintain current knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory developments.
  5. Maintain records of compliance activities and training.
  6. Prepare reports on compliance activities for internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Participate in the review of new products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Collaborate with other compliance teams to ensure a holistic and consistent compliance approach.
  10. Promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
