We are currently looking for a U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade / Political Activity Compliance professional to join our team. As an integral member of our firm, you will be responsible for helping to ensure that our firm and all of our personnel comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. We are looking for someone with a passion for ethics and compliance who is driven, and able to develop and implement effective compliance standards and processes.To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in a compliance role, particularly in the area of anti-corruption and trade / political activity• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field• Experience working with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the U.K. Bribery Act• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills• Detail-oriented with the ability to think critically and multitaskIf you have a strong sense of ethics and integrity, and a commitment to helping Deloitte maintain the highest standards of compliance, we invite you to apply for this exciting role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  2. Develop and implement effective compliance standards and processes.
  3. Maintain and manage detailed records and documentation of compliance efforts.
  4. Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop improvement plans.
  5. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  6. Educate and train personnel on applicable compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Investigate and respond to suspected non-compliance issues.
  8. Monitor and analyze changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Report on compliance-related activities to senior management.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect violations of applicable laws and regulations.
