  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  2. Create customized travel itineraries based on client specifications and budget.
  3. Research and select the best transportation, accommodation, and activity options for each itinerary.
  4. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and deals for clients.
  5. Manage all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotel reservations, car rentals, and activities.
  6. Monitor and track travel expenses to ensure they align with client budgets.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during their travels.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in travel regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best service to clients.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and streamline the travel planning process.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of all travel bookings and client information.
  11. Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies that may occur during travel.
  12. Act as a point of contact for clients throughout their travels, providing support and addressing any issues that may arise.
  13. Continuously seek out new and unique travel destinations and experiences to offer to clients.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the travel experience and exceed client expectations.
  15. Uphold company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection measures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Travel Industry, With A Focus On Sales Or Business Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In The Travel Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Vendors.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team, With The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members To Achieve Business Goals.
