Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive people analytics strategy that aligns with Deloitte's overall business goals and objectives.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and insights related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze data to support decision-making and drive effective talent management practices.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics and HR data management.
- Create data-driven reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics and reports.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify key talent metrics and develop dashboards to track and monitor progress.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of people analytics initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Continuously innovate and explore new technologies and tools to advance people analytics capabilities within the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Or Talent Analytics, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.
Strong Analytical And Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Data Management, Statistical Analysis, And Data Visualization Tools.
Excellent Project Management And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Data To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, As Well As Current Trends And Best Practices In People Analytics.
