  1. Oversee and manage tax projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion within budget.
  2. Collaborate with clients to identify tax planning opportunities and develop strategic tax strategies.
  3. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to support project initiatives.
  4. Lead and facilitate change management processes to implement tax strategy and ensure effective communication and buy-in from stakeholders.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on tax laws and regulations, providing guidance and advice to clients and team members.
  6. Mentor and train junior team members on tax laws and regulations, project management, and change management processes.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional service.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
  10. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute on the tax strategy for the organization.
  11. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay current on tax laws, regulations, and industry advancements.
  12. Communicate complex tax concepts and strategies to clients, team members, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Strategy And Change Management At A Public Accounting Firm.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Federal, State, And International Tax Codes.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Tax Strategies To Drive Business Growth And Efficiency.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Team Members.
