Tax Manager, Transaction & Integration Services

This is an exciting role that requires a strong working knowledge of US, international and state and local taxation, as well as a deep understanding of the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions. As Tax Manager, you will provide proactive tax planning advice to clients, while managing the integration of acquired companies, and help to identify and manage tax risks and opportunities.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field• CPA or equivalent certification• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or consulting• Comprehensive understanding of US and international tax laws• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksIf you are driven to excel in a challenging and rewarding role, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
