  1. Conduct research and analysis on federal tax laws and regulations related to sustainability, and stay updated on any changes or updates.
  2. Collaborate with clients across different industries to understand their business practices and identify tax planning opportunities that align with sustainable practices.
  3. Develop and implement sustainable tax strategies for clients, taking into consideration their unique business objectives and goals.
  4. Provide guidance and support to clients on sustainable tax planning and compliance.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on sustainability and tax matters, both internally within the team and externally with clients.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to sustainability, and incorporate them into tax strategies for clients.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and act as a trusted advisor on sustainability and tax matters.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on sustainable tax planning and compliance.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Deloitte to provide holistic solutions to clients that align with both their tax and sustainability goals.
  10. Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand the firm's client base.
  11. Stay informed on global sustainability initiatives and regulations, and provide guidance to clients on potential impacts on their business.
  12. Represent Deloitte in sustainability conferences and events, showcasing our expertise in sustainable tax planning and compliance.
  13. Uphold the firm's values and culture, and actively contribute to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Consulting Or Related Field

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal Tax Laws And Regulations, With A Focus On Sustainability And Environmental Taxes

  • Experience In Managing And Leading Teams, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Client Services

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Client Relationships
