  1. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on the complex area of sustainability credits.
  2. Help clients identify and capitalize on opportunities to reduce their environmental footprint and achieve sustainability goals.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax regulations and policies related to sustainability credits.
  4. Develop and implement sustainable tax strategies for clients, taking into account their unique needs and objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to ensure cohesive and comprehensive solutions for clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in sustainability regulations to provide the most relevant and effective guidance to clients.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on sustainability credits, providing training and support to colleagues and clients as needed.
  8. Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  9. Contribute to the firm's commitment to sustainability by promoting sustainable practices within the team and with clients.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  12. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in sustainability credits.
  13. Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  14. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client engagements and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
  15. Uphold the firm's values of integrity, excellence, and collaboration in all interactions and work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills.

  • Cpa Or Other Relevant Certification Preferred.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Planning, Compliance, And/Or Consulting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations Related To Sustainability Credits And Incentives.
