- Lead and oversee all aspects of ASC740 tax compliance and consulting for business clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations and communicate any updates or changes to the team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex tax issues.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
- Review tax returns and financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address any questions or concerns.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Identify and resolve any potential tax issues or risks.

- Conduct research on tax-related topics and provide recommendations to clients.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Related Field: A Tax Manager Asc740 Should Have A Strong Foundation In Accounting Principles And Practices, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Tax Regulations And Compliance.
Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) License: This Is A Key Qualification For A Tax Manager Role, As It Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise And Knowledge In The Field Of Accounting And Taxation.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Tax: Deloitte Requires Its Tax Manager Asc740 Candidates To Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Tax, Preferably In A Similar Role Or At A Big Four Accounting Firm.
