- Utilize strong background in tax law to analyze and assess complex tax issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and resolve tax controversies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support tax positions and recommendations.
- Communicate complex tax concepts and strategies to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Prepare and review tax documents, including responses to tax authorities and appeals.
- Collaborate with team members and other professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant advice to clients.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to tax controversies.
- Monitor and manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Provide exceptional client service, including timely and effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in tax controversy.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Tax Controversy team through business development efforts and thought leadership.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Tax Controversy Or Tax Dispute Resolution
Proficient Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Government Agencies.
