- Manage the full lifecycle of subcontract agreements, including drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, including conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other internal stakeholders to identify subcontracting needs and develop procurement strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential subcontractors and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and address any issues or concerns that arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date subcontract records and documentation.
- Manage the subcontracting budget and track expenses.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure all contractual terms and conditions are properly documented and executed.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on subcontracting policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to team members and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to subcontracting and make recommendations for improvement or change as needed.
- Act as a liaison between subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Provide regular reports and updates on subcontracting activities to management.
- Mentor and train junior team members on subcontracting processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Subcontract Procurement, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.
Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Contract Management, And Supplier Relationship Management.
Ability To Negotiate And Manage Multiple Subcontracts Simultaneously, While Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Internal Stakeholders And External Suppliers.
