  11. Work collaboratively with other departments and teams within Deloitte to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.
  12. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of work.
  13. Travel to client locations as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Ts/Sci With Polygraph Clearance: A Strategic Management Consultant At Deloitte Must Possess An Active Ts/Sci Security Clearance With Polygraph. This Is Necessary To Access Sensitive Government Information And Work On Classified Projects.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Consultant Should Have A Strong Background In Strategic Planning And Possess The Ability To Think Critically And Analytically. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of Business Operations And Financial Management.

  • Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Complex Projects From Initiation To Completion. They Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Timelines, Resources, And Budgets To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For A Strategic Management Consultant. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Team Members, And Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Experience In Government Consulting: Deloitte Seeks Candidates With Prior Experience In Consulting For The Government, Particularly In The Areas Of Strategy, Operations, And Technology. Familiarity With Government Policies, Regulations, And Procedures Is Highly Desirable.
