  1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans for clients, utilizing a variety of communication channels and tactics to effectively reach target audiences.
  2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and develop communication strategies that align with those goals.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify key messaging and communication opportunities for clients.
  4. Write and edit high-quality, impactful communication materials such as press releases, presentations, talking points, and social media content.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with clients, providing strategic counsel and support on communication initiatives.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, news, and best practices in strategic communication to continuously improve client deliverables.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  8. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert in strategic communication, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
  10. Represent the company and deliver presentations at industry events and conferences.
  11. Manage budgets and timelines for communication projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure coverage for clients.
  13. Provide crisis communication support to clients when needed.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members on best practices in strategic communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Communications, Preferably In A Consulting Or Corporate Environment.

  • Proficiency In Developing And Executing Comprehensive Communication Plans For Various Stakeholders, Including Employees, Clients, And Media.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital And Social Media Platforms And Their Role In Effective Communication Strategies.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Compelling Messaging And Deliver Presentations To A Variety Of Audiences.
