
Sponsorships Brand Operations Manager
At Deloitte, we are looking for a highly organized, innovative and passionate Sponsorships Brand Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all aspects of Deloitte’s Sponsorship Brand Operations by serving as the primary point of contact for all sponsorships, developing and executing a creative strategy to maximize the visibility of the Deloitte brand, and developing a comprehensive understanding of the value of each sponsorship to ensure a return on investment for the company.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and an excellent understanding of digital marketing trends and practices. This individual should have strong organizational and critical thinking skills, and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sponsorships and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a creative strategy to maximize the visibility of the Deloitte brand.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the value of each sponsorship to ensure a return on investment for the company.
- Create and manage comprehensive sponsorship project plans to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
- Monitor industry trends and practices to identify potential opportunities for Deloitte.
- Analyze sponsorships to determine their effectiveness and suggest solutions for improvement.
- Manage the budget for all sponsorship activities and negotiate contracts with sponsors.
- Prepare and deliver reports to management on the progress of each sponsorship.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and partners to increase brand visibility.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to leverage sponsorships to drive business goals.
