
Sponsorships Brand Operations Manager

Deloitte is looking for a Sponsorships Brand Operations Manager to join our team and help us ensure events and sponsorships are managed with precision and excellence.This position requires an individual who is able to think on their feet and manage multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sponsorships and an eye for detail, as well as a can-do attitude and strong communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete coordination of sponsorships, branding, and event activities.If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing; at least three years of experience in event management and/or marketing; and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities, Deloitte is interested in hearing from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute event and sponsorship plans to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor and analyze event and sponsorship metrics to ensure performance.
- Manage the logistics of each event and sponsorship, such as budgeting, venue selection, vendor relationships, and more.
- Strategize and develop branding initiatives to ensure maximum brand visibility and recognition.
- Coordinate with event staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure all events are successful.
- Monitor event and sponsorship results to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and communications, to ensure brand consistency.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain records of event and sponsorship activities, including budgets, contracts, and evaluations.
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
