
Sponsorships Brand Operations Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sponsorships Brand Operations Manager at Deloitte to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to use your organizational, project management, and communication skills to ensure all aspects of the sponsorships process are running smoothly and successfully.The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal teams, sponsors, and vendors, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to think critically, and be a team player.We are searching for an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, and a thorough understanding of the sponsorship process. If you have an eye for detail, great problem-solving skills, and a knack for efficiency, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Effectively manage multiple projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Oversee the entire sponsorship process, from initiation to completion.
- Identify potential issues and develop strategies to address them.
- Monitor and analyze sponsorship performance and results.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the successful execution of sponsorships.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sponsorship activities.
- Track and report on sponsorship budget and expenses.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on sponsorship progress.
- Identify potential new opportunities for sponsorship.
