  2. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the software asset management team.
  3. Provide guidance and support to team members in executing tasks and achieving goals.
  4. Conduct regular assessments of software usage and licensing to identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to optimize their software usage and licensing.
  6. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices in software asset management.
  7. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, recommendations, and progress reports.
  8. Train and mentor team members on industry standards, tools, and processes related to software asset management.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with software vendors to negotiate favorable licensing terms and resolve any issues.
  10. Analyze and manage software asset data to improve accuracy and efficiency in reporting and decision-making.
  11. Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations related to software asset management.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
