- Lead and manage the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for clients.
- Utilize expertise in the platform to drive business results and deliver exceptional solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on SFMC best practices and implementation methodologies.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Design and develop complex marketing automation journeys, including segmentation, personalization, and triggered campaigns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest SFMC releases and features, and provide recommendations for their implementation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within SFMC.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SFMC, providing training and knowledge transfer to clients and team members.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Continuously strive to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through exceptional project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SFMC with other systems and platforms.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and provide insights to clients on how to leverage SFMC for competitive advantage.

Strong Technical Skills: A Sfmc Functional Lead At Deloitte Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Marketing Cloud And Its Various Components, Including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, And Data Extensions. They Should Also Be Proficient In Sql And Have Experience With Crm Integration.
Experience With Marketing Automation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Marketing Automation, Preferably With Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They Should Be Able To Design And Execute Complex Marketing Campaigns, Create Customer Journeys, And Leverage Data To Drive Personalized Marketing Strategies.
Project Management Skills: As A Sfmc Functional Lead, One Must Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Work With Cross-Functional Teams, And Prioritize Tasks To Meet Deadlines. Strong Project Management Skills, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Allocation, Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Business Acumen: A Sfmc Functional Lead At Deloitte Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Marketing And Business Strategies. They Should Be Able To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions And Make Recommendations For Process Improvements. Knowledge Of Emerging Marketing Trends And Technologies Is Also Beneficial.
Team Leadership: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Developers, Consultants, And Analysts.
