Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technology Support Or A Related Role, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Proficiency In Various Operating Systems, Software Applications, And Hardware Systems.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Troubleshooting Complex Technical Issues And Providing Efficient And Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients, Colleagues, And Vendors At All Levels Of The Organization.
