Senior, Quality Assurance Engineer

4. Monitor and report on software quality metrics
5. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports
6. Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software issues
7. Document software defects and work with the development team to ensure resolution
8. Stay up-to-date on software testing best practices and industry trends
9. Provide technical guidance to team members when needed
10. Provide regular feedback to management on product and service quality
