- Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office by managing all aspects of hospitality and operations.
- Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide exceptional hospitality services to clients, including offering refreshments, coordinating meeting room reservations, and ensuring a comfortable and professional environment.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and managing vendor relationships.
- Anticipate the needs of clients and employees and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all common areas, conference rooms, and office spaces.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of hospitality and operations.
- Train and mentor junior hospitality and operations staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients and employees.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in hospitality and operations, and make recommendations for improvements to leadership.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Hospitality + Operations Ambassador At Deloitte, The Individual Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills In Order To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Ambassadors. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Their Goals.
Extensive Experience In Hospitality And Operations: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In The Hospitality And Operations Industry. This Includes Experience In Managing Events, Coordinating Logistics, And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Since The Senior Hospitality + Operations Ambassador Will Be Working Closely With Clients, Employees, And Other Stakeholders, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information, Build Relationships, And Handle Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Deloitte Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Organization, And The Senior Hospitality + Operations Ambassador Must Be Able To Think Strategically And Make Quick Decisions In A High-Pressure Environment. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Abilities To Identify And Address Any Issues That May Arise During Events Or Day-To-Day Operations.
Attention To Detail And Ability To Multitask: The Senior Hospitality + Operations Ambassador Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Events And Projects Simultaneously.
