
SAP Sales and Service Cloud Consultant
Deloitte is looking for an experienced and motivated SAP Sales and Service Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and service cloud solutions, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and able to provide creative solutions to challenging problems.The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of successful experience in implementing and configuring SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions. In addition, the candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of marketing, sales, and service processes, as well as experience with Salesforce.com and/or other cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.Strong project management and communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows. The successful candidate should have a passion for customer success and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions according to customer requirements.
- Provide customers with creative solutions for challenging problems.
- Stay up-to-date on marketing, sales, and service processes.
- Manage projects to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers in order to ensure satisfaction and success.
- Utilize Salesforce.com and/or other cloud-based CRM solutions for maximum efficiency.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
- Demonstrate a passion for customer success and a willingness to go the extra mile.
