Job Description

Welcome to Deloitte! We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our SAP Organizational Management/ Personnel Administration team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be a part of a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the employee data and organizational structure within the SAP system. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration processes and experience in implementing and supporting SAP HR solutions.   1. Manage and maintain employee data and organizational structure within the SAP system.
  2. Implement and support SAP HR solutions to ensure efficient and accurate personnel administration.
  3. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices in SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration.
  5. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to optimize the use of SAP and increase efficiency.
  6. Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the SAP system meets their requirements.
  7. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP system by regularly auditing and monitoring employee data.
  8. Train and educate end-users on SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration processes to ensure proper utilization of the system.
  9. Collaborate with other teams within Deloitte to ensure seamless integration and functioning of the SAP system.
  10. Maintain documentation and reports on SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration processes and activities.
  11. Participate in meetings and provide updates on the status of SAP HR projects and initiatives.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to team members on SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration processes.
  13. Continuously improve and streamline processes to enhance the overall efficiency of the team and the SAP system.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as data privacy and security regulations.
  15. Strive to meet and exceed performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the team and the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Implementing Sap Organizational Management And Personnel Administration Modules

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Policies, As Well As Relevant Laws And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams

  • Sap Certification In Organizational Management And Personnel Administration Preferred
