- Manage and lead the SAP MDG practice within Deloitte, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Drive innovation and transformation for clients by leveraging cutting-edge technology and industry expertise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP MDG, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and developments in SAP MDG to provide thought leadership and drive business growth.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to build their skills and capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during project delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the SAP MDG team.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Represent Deloitte at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in SAP MDG.
- Uphold Deloitte's values and standards of excellence in all aspects of work.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sap Master Data Governance (Mdg) Implementation, Configuration, And Support.
Certification In Sap Mdg Is Preferred.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
