  1. Design and develop innovative solutions using Salesforce technology to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide expert guidance on how to best utilize Salesforce to drive business success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  4. Utilize your strong technical acumen to assess and troubleshoot complex issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth implementation and operation of Salesforce.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns or issues, and gather feedback to continuously improve processes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and trends, and proactively identify new opportunities to leverage the platform for our clients.
  7. Provide training and support to clients on how to use Salesforce efficiently and effectively.
  8. Collaborate with other Salesforce Technical Consultants to share knowledge and best practices, and continuously enhance our services.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the values of our organization in all interactions with clients and team members.
  10. Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure they meet or exceed client expectations.
  11. Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, and manage competing priorities effectively.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows, and streamline project delivery.
  14. Mentor and coach junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.
  15. Represent Deloitte as a thought leader in the Salesforce community by participating in conferences, events, and other networking opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Salesforce Platform: A Salesforce Technical Consultant Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform, Including Its Various Modules And Features. They Should Have Experience In Implementing, Customizing, And Integrating Salesforce Solutions To Meet Business Requirements.

  • Technical Skills: In Addition To Salesforce Experience, A Technical Consultant Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Apex, Visualforce, And Lightning Components. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of Web Technologies, Databases, And Data Migration Processes.

  • Salesforce Certifications: Deloitte Values Salesforce Certifications As They Demonstrate A High Level Of Expertise And Commitment To The Platform. A Technical Consultant Should Have At Least One Salesforce Certification, Such As Salesforce Certified Administrator Or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.

  • Communication And Consulting Skills: As A Consultant, Strong Communication And Consulting Skills Are Essential For A Technical Consultant. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Provide Recommendations And Solutions That Align With Business Objectives.

  • Project Management Experience: Deloitte Often Works On Large-Scale Salesforce Implementations, And A Technical Consultant Should Have Experience In Managing Projects From Start To Finish.
