Salesforce Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging the Salesforce platform to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to our clients.The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in developing and deploying Salesforce solutions. Additionally, you should have experience with the Salesforce Lightning platform and Salesforce certification. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
2. Analyze business requirements and design solutions to ensure that the Salesforce platform is optimized to meet the needs of our customers.
3. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, workflow rules, reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce components.
4. Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce issues and develop solutions to address them.
5. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
6. Create custom integrations between Salesforce and other applications.
7. Develop user and system documentation.
8. Provide technical advice to project teams and clients.
9. Support the Salesforce Lightning platform and ensure that the platform is up to date.
10. Monitor Salesforce performance and keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality.
11. Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that all solutions meet the requirements of project teams and clients.
12. Provide training and support to users of the Salesforce platform.
