Job Description

Deloitte is looking for an experienced Salesforce Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a motivated individual with unparalleled problem-solving skills and a strong passion for technology. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical savvy, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.The Salesforce Specialist will play a critical role in the implementation and support of Salesforce CRM solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet customer requirements and ensure successful utilization of Salesforce.Qualifications for this role include:• A minimum of three years' experience working with Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Force.com, etc.)• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically and strategically• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Proven track record of successful project deliveryIf you think you have the right skills and qualifications for this role, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet customer requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture and data models.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce administration and development practices.
  4. Work with clients to understand their needs and identify the best Salesforce solutions to meet those needs.
  5. Develop and implement training programs for users on the Salesforce platform.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug complex business processes and technical problems.
  7. Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance and data integrity.
  8. Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  10. Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing technical support.
