- Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce's B2B Commerce Cloud platform for diverse clients.
- Develop and execute B2B ecommerce strategies in line with industry best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce's B2B Commerce solution, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and drive the success of B2B Commerce projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in B2B ecommerce to ensure the most effective and innovative solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and methodologies for B2B Commerce projects.
- Represent the company and B2B Commerce practice in client meetings, conferences, and other industry events.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and act as a role model for the team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Extensive Experience With Salesforce B2B Commerce: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce B2B Commerce, Including Implementation, Customization, And Integration With Other Systems.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Developers And Consultants. They Should Have Experience In Managing Projects, Allocating Resources, And Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members.
In-Depth Knowledge Of B2B E-Commerce Industry: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The B2B E-Commerce Landscape, Including Industry Trends, Best Practices, And Customer Expectations. They Should Be Able To Leverage This Knowledge To Drive Innovative Solutions For Clients.
Salesforce Certifications: A Successful Candidate Should Have Relevant Salesforce Certifications, Such As Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Administrator And Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Developer. These Certifications Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Platform And Its Capabilities.
Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Clients, Understanding Their Requirements, And Providing Strategic Recommendations.
