  1. Develop and implement effective sales performance management strategies for clients to drive business performance and results.
  2. Utilize in-depth knowledge and expertise in sales performance management to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with clients to identify key performance indicators and develop metrics to measure and improve sales performance.
  4. Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and techniques for sales performance management.
  5. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to continuously enhance and improve sales performance management services.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and providing exceptional customer service.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams within Deloitte to leverage resources and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on sales performance management, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
  9. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate sales performance management processes and methodologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Performance Management Consulting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes, Metrics, And Key Performance Indicators (Kpis).

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Sales Performance Management Systems For Large Organizations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present To Senior Executives.
