As a SailPoint Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing our clients with cutting-edge identity management solutions while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.   1. Develop and implement SailPoint identity management solutions for clients to ensure effective and secure access management.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design customized solutions to meet their business goals.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on SailPoint technology, providing guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices and industry standards.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments of client systems and processes to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions and meet client expectations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SailPoint technology and other identity management tools to continuously improve services and offerings.
  7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint solutions, including system upgrades and maintenance.
  8. Contribute to the development of sales proposals and presentations to showcase the value of SailPoint solutions to potential clients.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices, and continuously enhance overall service delivery.
  10. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  11. Follow Deloitte's policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards of conduct.
  12. Communicate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
  13. Participate in relevant industry events and conferences, representing Deloitte and showcasing our expertise in SailPoint and identity management.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the development of new services and offerings in the cyber security and identity management space.
  15. Adhere to project budgets and financial guidelines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services within allocated resources.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Sailpoint Identityiq Or Identitynow.

  • Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Concepts, Including User Provisioning, Role-Based Access Control, And Directory Services.

  • Experience Implementing And Configuring Sailpoint Products For Enterprise Clients, Including Customization And Integration With Other Systems.

  • Certification In Sailpoint Identityiq Or Identitynow, Such As Certified Identityiq Professional (Ciip) Or Certified Identitynow Engineer (Cie).
