Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and execution of successful pursuit strategies for the Tax practice, including preparation of detailed proposal documents and presentations.
2. Manage the pursuit process from start to finish, ensuring all client and internal expectations are met.
3. Collaborate with practice leadership to identify and prioritize target clients.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective clients.
5. Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to inform pursuit strategies.
6. Assist in the development and tracking of key performance indicators for the Tax practice.
7. Assist in the development of practice-wide sales and marketing materials.
8. Research potential opportunities and identify relevant contacts.
9. Prepare reports and presentations for practice leadership.
10. Participate in internal meetings and client engagements.
