Pursuits Manager – Tax

We are looking for an experienced Pursuits Manager – Tax to join our Deloitte team. In addition, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and a strong customer service focus. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the entire pursuit process for tax services, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
2. Develop strategies and best practices to ensure successful outcomes.
3. Develop and manage a team of tax professionals to ensure optimal delivery of services.
4. Monitor progress on all tax services projects, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
5. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of taxation regulations and standards.
6. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they are up-to-date on the latest tax laws.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing advice and counsel on tax issues.
8. Remain current with industry trends and changes in tax laws.
9. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on the progress of tax services projects.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
