As our Pursuits Manager – Tax, you will be an integral part of Deloitte's Tax team, helping to ensure successful client engagements. You will lead the pursuit process for all tax engagements, from planning and strategy to proposal development and client negotiation. Our ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record in delivering successful client engagements. You should also possess a deep understanding of the tax industry and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Lead the pursuit process for all tax engagements, from planning and strategy to proposal development and client negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Undertake research to ensure an up-to-date understanding of the tax industry and its regulations
- Monitor and assess the progress of client engagements, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on tax-related matters
- Assist with the development of proposals and presentations for clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions of engagements with clients
- Prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other Deloitte teams to ensure successful client engagements
- Remain current on tax regulations and industry trends
