Pursuits Manager – Tax

As the Pursuits Manager – Tax at Deloitte, you will be responsible for leading the pursuit and proposal process for Tax engagements. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the pursuit and proposal process for Tax engagements.
2. Develop and implement strategies that will drive the success of our Tax pursuits and proposals.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
4. Ensure that pursuit and proposal activities are comprehensive, timely, and compliant.
5. Monitor and review performance metrics to ensure quality service delivery.
6. Provide guidance and support to team members in the areas of proposal writing, research, and client meetings.
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the Tax industry and our service offerings.
8. Create and manage a database of pursuit and proposal information.
9. Represent Deloitte in professional and industry events.
10. Ensure that all activities are in compliance with Deloitte’s policies and procedures.
