We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of performance management and organizational development principles, combined with a proven track record of success in the field.The successful candidate will have experience in designing performance management systems and processes, as well as a strong knowledge of best practices in the field. We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can work collaboratively with different stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of performance management initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Design performance management systems and processes that meet the needs of Deloitte clients
- Develop and implement performance management solutions to improve clients’ operations
- Leverage best practices in performance management and organizational development principles
- Establish strong relationships with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of performance management initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate performance management initiatives to measure effectiveness
- Provide coaching and guidance to clients on performance management systems and processes
- Generate reports and other documentation to track performance metrics
- Develop and deliver presentations on performance management topics
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest trends and developments in performance management
