1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Peoplesoft systems to ensure high-quality and error-free software releases.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design efficient testing strategies.
3. Conduct end-to-end testing of Peoplesoft modules and applications to identify and report defects, bugs, and usability issues.
4. Create and maintain test data and environments to support testing efforts.

14. Provide support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in resolving any issues identified by end-users.
15. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the testing process.
