  1. Provide technical support for clients' payroll processes using Oracle HCM.
  2. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to payroll systems.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in payroll technology to continuously improve support services.
  4. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
  5. Maintain a high level of communication with clients and team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  6. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful implementation and integration of payroll systems.
  7. Train and educate clients on the use of Oracle HCM and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  8. Conduct system audits and provide recommendations for improvements to optimize payroll processes.
  9. Collaborate with other technical specialists to develop innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
  10. Keep accurate documentation and records of technical support activities and escalations.
  11. Assist in the development and testing of new payroll system features and updates.
  12. Attend trainings and conferences to continuously develop and enhance technical skills.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Oracle Hcm And Payroll Systems, With Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Pl/Sql, And Java. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools.
