1. Provide technical solutions to meet client business needs using Oracle
2. Develop, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle databases and applications
3. Analyze and understand client requirements and design solutions to meet those needs
4. Develop and document best practices and standards for Oracle database management and development
5. Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to ensure successful implementations
6. Monitor system performance and optimize as needed to ensure high performance
7. Troubleshoot and debug Oracle issues
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for Oracle management and development
9. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
