- Lead and execute organizational change management strategies for clients' SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Develop and implement change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with change management efforts.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential areas of resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and support their change management needs.
- Provide guidance and coaching to project teams and stakeholders on change management best practices.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Drive organizational readiness and adoption of new technology and processes through effective change management practices.
- Communicate project updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP S/4HANA and change management to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and train junior team members on change management methodologies and techniques.
- Collaborate with other Deloitte teams and departments to share knowledge and support overall company goals.
Extensive Experience With Sap S/4Hana Implementation: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sap S/4Hana Platform And Its Various Modules. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Multiple Implementation Projects.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Ocm Implementation Lead Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Entire Implementation Process, From Planning To Execution. This Requires Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create And Manage Project Timelines, Budgets, And Resources.
Change Management Expertise: As The Ocm Implementation Lead, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing The Organizational Change Associated With The Implementation Of Sap S/4Hana. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Strategies To Ensure A Smooth Transition For Employees.
Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: This Role Will Involve Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Leaders, Project Team Members, And End-Users. The Ocm Implementation Lead Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Manage Relationships With Stakeholders Effectively.
Sap Certifications: Deloitte Prefers Candidates Who Have Relevant Sap Certifications, Such As Sap S/4Hana Finance, Supply Chain, Or Human Resources. These Certifications Demonstrate A High Level Of Expertise And Can Add Value To The Implementation Project.
