  1. Monitor network systems and devices to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  2. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions for network problems.
  3. Proactively identify potential network risks and work to mitigate them.
  4. Conduct regular maintenance tasks on network equipment and software.
  5. Respond to user inquiries and requests for technical assistance in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Keep accurate records of network activity, including monitoring logs and ticketing systems.
  7. Continuously update knowledge of industry developments and best practices to improve network operations.
  8. Participate in testing and implementation of new network infrastructure and technologies.
  9. Work closely with other departments to ensure network needs are met and issues are resolved.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding network security and data protection.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide status updates, report issues, and propose solutions.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
  13. Assist with developing and maintaining network documentation and standard operating procedures.
  14. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and emergencies.
  15. Act as a mentor to junior team members and provide training as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Infrastructure: This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, And Other Network Devices, As Well As Protocols Such As Tcp/Ip, Dns, And Dhcp.

  • Troubleshooting Skills: A Successful Network Operations Support Staff Member At Deloitte Should Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Network Issues, Whether They Are Hardware, Software, Or Connectivity Related.

  • Experience With Network Monitoring Tools: Proficiency With Tools Such As Solarwinds, Nagios, Or Prtg Is Essential For Keeping Track Of Network Performance And Identifying Potential Problems.

  • Communication Skills: As A Member Of The Network Operations Team, It Is Important To Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Team Members. This Includes Providing Clear Updates On Network Issues And Collaborating With Other Teams To Resolve Complex Problems.

  • Time Management And Prioritization Abilities: In A Fast-Paced Environment Like Deloitte, It Is Crucial To Have Strong Time Management Skills And The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
