- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) practice, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project delivery success and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance on how MS Dynamics 365 F&O can improve their operations.
- Drive the development and execution of project plans, ensuring project milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions to ensure team members are up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 F&O developments and best practices.
- Collaborate with other teams within Deloitte to identify cross-selling opportunities and promote the MS Dynamics 365 F&O practice.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in MS Dynamics 365 F&O, providing thought leadership and guidance to clients and the internal team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners to stay informed about product updates and enhancements.
- Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team, fostering an environment for continuous learning and improvement.
- Represent Deloitte and the MS Dynamics 365 F&O practice in client meetings, conferences, and other public events, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
Extensive Experience With Ms Dynamics 365 F&O: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Ms Dynamics 365 F&O, With A Deep Understanding Of Its Functionalities And Capabilities.
Strong Project Management Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Complex Ms Dynamics 365 F&O Projects, From Planning To Execution And Delivery. They Should Also Have Experience Leading Teams And Managing Client Relationships.
