
Manager, Learning and Development
Deloitte is looking for an experienced and passionate Manager, Learning and Development to join our team and help shape the future of our organization. This role requires a results-driven individual with an innovative and customer-centered approach to delivering learning and development solutions. We are looking for a strategic professional with demonstrable success in building, executing, and managing innovative learning and development programs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Learning and Development role, a relevant degree or certification in a related field, and a proven track record of success in developing and delivering training initiatives. A collaborative and customer-focused approach is essential, and experience working with a variety of stakeholders and teams is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative learning and development programs that are tailored to the organization's strategic objectives.
- Manage the delivery of training initiatives effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure all training and development materials are up to date, relevant, and of the highest quality.
- Monitor and evaluate learning and development programs for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders and teams to ensure successful program delivery.
- Maintain accurate records for all learning and development activities.
- Analyze and report on the success of learning and development programs.
- Recommend improvements to existing learning and development strategies.
- Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
