
Manager, Learning and Development
Deloitte is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager, Learning and Development to join our team. This role will be a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about developing people and helping them reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be highly organized and have excellent interpersonal skills. They will be able to develop and implement learning and development strategies to ensure high performance and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a learning and development role and a degree in Human Resources or a related field. They will have a working knowledge of current learning and development trends and have experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs. In addition, they should have a demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and be comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The Manager, Learning and Development will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. They should be a creative and innovative thinker with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that learning and development initiatives are successful. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement learning and development strategies that are aligned with organizational objectives and goals.
- Utilize adult learning principles to create engaging and effective learning programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of learning and development initiatives.
- Remain current on learning and development trends and best practices.
- Create and maintain records of learning and development activities.
- Manage budgets and resources related to learning and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are properly integrated into the organization.
- Facilitate and/or deliver learning programs as needed.
- Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to team members on learning and development initiatives.
