
Manager, Learning and Development
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Manager, Learning and Development to join Deloitte’s Human Capital team. The successful candidate should be a passionate professional with a track record in creating innovative learning solutions and developing impactful change initiatives.To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth understanding of learning principles and organizational development strategies, as well as a strong aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for coordinating and executing learning and development initiatives across departments.The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for professional development and a commitment to helping team members maximize their potential. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage learning and development initiatives across departments.
- Design innovative learning solutions and develop impactful change initiatives.
- Create and implement strategies and programs to improve team performance and learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning activities.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Analyze and assess learning needs and organizational development strategies.
- Lead problem-solving and conflict resolution initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them maximize their potential.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in learning and development.
