Manager, Learning and Development

The successful candidate should be a passionate professional with a track record in creating innovative learning solutions and developing impactful change initiatives.To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth understanding of learning principles and organizational development strategies, as well as a strong aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for coordinating and executing learning and development initiatives across departments.The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for professional development and a commitment to helping team members maximize their potential. 4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning activities.
5. Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
6. Analyze and assess learning needs and organizational development strategies.
7. Lead problem-solving and conflict resolution initiatives.
8. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them maximize their potential.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
10. Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in learning and development.
