This individual will create and implement learning and development strategies, develop and deliver training materials, and continuously evaluate and monitor learning programs to ensure they are effective and relevant.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of five years of experience in a learning and development role, and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think critically, and the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement learning and development strategies that meet the needs of Deloitte's internal and external stakeholders.
