- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday implementation and management for assigned clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using Workday.
- Utilize technical expertise to configure, test, and troubleshoot Workday modules.
- Manage and lead a team of Workday consultants to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Workday updates and enhancements to provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.
- Communicate project updates and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for clients and team members.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or issues in Workday implementation.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Workday implementation and management.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with Deloitte teams across different functions to provide a holistic approach to client service.
- Consistently meet or exceed client expectations for service delivery.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Managed Services Workday practice.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Workday Implementations And Support For Large Organizations.
Certified Workday Professional (Hcm, Finance, Or Integration).
Strong Knowledge Of Workday Functionality, Configuration, And Security.
Experience Managing A Team Of Workday Consultants And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Successful Projects.
