Job Description

Deloitte is looking for a highly qualified and experienced M&A Quality & Risk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone with a proven track record in managing and mitigating risk and have extensive experience in the M&A space.We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and departments. The successful candidate will also be highly organized and have a deep understanding of industry best practices.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a risk management or quality assurance role in the M&A arena. Additionally, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred but not required. You must also possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards in the M&A space.
  2. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce exposure to risk.
  3. Monitor and report on quality assurance and risk management issues.
  4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are followed and projects are in compliance with applicable standards.
  5. Analyze data and trends to identify areas of risk and recommend solutions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations to ensure best practices are followed.
  7. Provide support and guidance to teams in the development of M&A products and services.
  8. Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
  9. Act as a key point of contact in the event of an audit.
  10. Utilize industry best practices to ensure the safety and security of the organization.
