
M&A Quality & Risk Manager
Deloitte is looking for a highly qualified and experienced M&A Quality & Risk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone with a proven track record in managing and mitigating risk and have extensive experience in the M&A space.We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and departments. The successful candidate will also be highly organized and have a deep understanding of industry best practices.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a risk management or quality assurance role in the M&A arena. Additionally, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred but not required. You must also possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards in the M&A space.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to reduce exposure to risk.
- Monitor and report on quality assurance and risk management issues.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are followed and projects are in compliance with applicable standards.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas of risk and recommend solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations to ensure best practices are followed.
- Provide support and guidance to teams in the development of M&A products and services.
- Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
- Act as a key point of contact in the event of an audit.
- Utilize industry best practices to ensure the safety and security of the organization.
