M&A Quality & Risk Manager

Deloitte is seeking an experienced, proactive M&A Quality & Risk Manager to join our team. As the M&A Quality & Risk Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and risk management of all M&A engagements.This role requires an individual with strong problem-solving and organizational skills, a commitment to excellence, and an ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from across the firm. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of M&A processes and a proactive mindset to ensure that quality and risk standards are consistently met.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, as well as at least 5 years of relevant experience in M&A, quality assurance, and/or risk management. Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement quality and risk management strategies for M&A engagements.
2. Monitor and review M&A engagements to ensure compliance with quality and risk standards.
3. Develop and implement strategies to reduce risk in M&A engagements.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the firm to ensure effective communication and collaboration on M&A engagements.
5. Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to improve the quality and risk management of M&A engagements.
6. Manage and evaluate data related to M&A engagements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
7. Keep up to date with changes in the M&A landscape and ensure that quality and risk management strategies are aligned with the latest best practices.
8. Provide guidance to junior team members on the principles of quality and risk management.
9. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure that M&A engagements are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
10. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate quality and risk management strategies and results to stakeholders.
