Support Human Capital due diligence and post-deal integration / separation activities for private equity and corporate clients. Review financial statements, trial balance details, government filings, employee census data, employment agreements, CBAs, and employee benefits and compensation documentation. Contribute material employee-related findings to the Quality of Earnings and Debt-Like analysis. Prepare and deliver report findings.
